Walkthrough[edit]
- Bicho will contact you and tell you that he wants you to swap out the banners that Maria has set up.
- Let's get started so, head over to the Eastern side of the square.
- Just past the buildings here you will find a construction area.
- Once in there, turn to the North and head toward the base of the tower crane.
- Get on that ladder and climb all the way up to the top of the crane.
- At the top of the crane, you will find 3 banners that you can interact with and replace.
