Walkthrough[edit]
- He's on the docks near his bunker on Libertad Island.
- There are no fast travel options once this mission is begun in any capacity.
- Travel on out to Libertad Island however you can get there.
- Find Juan on the dock near the Libertad base.
- Just approach Juan by any means to trigger the cutscene.
- He explains that he needs you to do some dead drops so he can keep the funding coming for Libertad.
