"Drive the truck to Barry's Apartment" is an objective in the mission Grass Roots - The Pickup in Grand Theft Auto V. This is a timed objective and you have 4:00 to complete it.

Now you can either just head on out and over to the left and likely trigger or a chase or go for the gold.
If you just want to clear it, then you have to shake off the cops while driving toward Barry's. As you start, set a waypoint on your destination. This will ensure you can make constant progress toward your goal. The wanted level is only triggered if a stalking patrol car sees you driving the truck nearby the lumber yard.
If you want a gold medal, you need to avoid gaining even 1 wanted level. Head on out of the lot and turn to the right twice, go through the construction barriers then get back on the road below the overpass. After that just follow the route over to Barry's.
