Walkthrough[edit]
Head over to the "?" available to Trevor on Eclipse Blvd. There he will meet Josh who hires him to start sabotaging Lenny Avery's business, Lenny Avery Realty. he wants Trevor to go to each the 15 properties that Avery has for sale and tear down the "For Sale" sign in front of each one.
Leave the area and Josh will text Trevor a link to Avery's website. Access it on your phone and you will get a map of all the properties. Just click on the property from the website and choose "Get Directions". This will give you a waypoint to the location of the house. Once at the house you can either get out of the car and shoot down the sign or you can simply perform a drive-by then get out of there.
When you have gone to all 15 sites then Josh will text you again.
