"Go to Michael's last known location" is an objective in the story mission The Time's Come in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head on up the nearby stairs and then use the Minimap to make your way over to Michael's last known location. This triggers a quick cutscene before the chase is back on.
Immediately head on up the stairs. Take what shots you can at Michael but keep going up. He will be on the top level and then make for the tower. Franklin has little choice but to follow him on up. Head on up the ladder.
At that top you will have one more choice. To save or drop Michael. Make your call as Franklin would.
