"Reach the helipad without alerting Rocco" is an objective in the story mission Mr. Richards in Grand Theft Auto V.
Walkthrough[edit]
Head over to the nearby chain link fence and climb on over it. Drop into Stealth Mode and start forward toward the generator with the lights coming off it. Go over to the left and make for the ladder. If you are very good then quickly take down the 2 "workers" who are talking there, otherwise just climb the ladder for some easier takedowns.
At the top of the ladder you have a Contractor a little ahead of you. Be sure you are unarmed and move in on him and get a stealth takedown. After that head on across the roof and up the ladder to the right. You will see 2 people come out of the door in front of you. Just let them pass you by, but be sure that you drop into stealth. Quickly take out these 2 workers with stealth takedowns as they cross the walkway. Now head over to the left and climb on up the ladder you see over to the right. This will take you up to the Helipad. Michael announces that everyone there is heading back to the set to get some work done.
