Log Jammers is a frenetic axe-throwing arcade sports game.[1] The NES game was released by Mega Cat Studios as a physical cartridge in 2017.[2] In 2018, the company is launching the fully upgraded PC version.[3]
Plot
A cast of characters including a bodacious surfer, an undead vagrant, and a living blob of mayo bring the competition to a variety of locales.
Development
The programming team at Mega Cat Studios described the process of creating Log Jammers as "challenging and rewarding."[4] The game was designed to have an accessible learning curve and was made with couch co-op in mind.
Log Jammers will also take the form of a PC release with added features and content.[5] This includes updated graphic, new sounds and music, online multiplayer, Razer Chroma integration, Twitch and Mixer support, and the new Cheerleader Mode.[6]
Gameplay
The game features fast-paced action, with players throwing axes at their opponent's goal.
