Boss, our new Speakeasy isn't as profitable as I expected It seems that we have a bit of a competition in this district
The independent Speakeasy near the lighthouse is stealing some of our customers. Both our and the independent Speakeasy are working at a lower Efficiency and making less profits than expected.
There are two ways to deal with the competition - you can force the owner to close down the Speakeasy or you can buy it out I've gathered the necessary resources for these actions.
