Nariko is the lead of Ninja Theory's Heavenly Sword, an early Playstation 3 title designed to showcase the console's vast power and fill the gap made by the lack of any God of War software dropping near the beginning of the console's lifecycle. This epic action game centered around the Heavenly Sword, a mythical device that is said to bring the rise and fall of civilizations and kingdoms. The sword can transform into several different forms, allowing for close-up heavy attacks and far-away ranged attacks. With the Heavenly Sword, Nariko was able to usurp the evil King Bohan, along with his disciples, Whiptail, Flying Fox, and Roach.
