• Talk with Toshi who is by the photoshop nearby the Eastern end of the main road on the Northern side.
• Approach and talk with him to hear him ramble a bit about Shinx and he can't remember what its ears look like.
• He'll ask the Protagonist to catch and show him a Shinx
• You caught one for sure during the story mission, The Galaxy Team's Entry Trial.
• Go over to Toshi and talk with him again.
• This will call up the Pasture screen, so select any Shinx.
