This is a bear den. Expect to encounter at least 1 bear inside. You can also find a chest with various supplies inside.
Look around to find various items. There is a diamond inside the Kettle that sits on the floor. You can also find the book: Heavy Armor Forging which can increase your Smithing. You can also find healing potion on the ground as well.
There is a Corundum Ore Vein in this cavern that can be mined.
