Talk to Penn is an Objective in The Beast and the Princess in Tears of the Kingdom
Walkthrough[edit]
- Make your way to the New Serenne Stable along the Eastern edge of Hyrule Ridge.
- Just in front of the Stable you can find Penn.
- He's heard some interesting rumors from the Birds, that Princess Zelda was seen on a strange looking, viscous beast.
- Apparently these beasts have been seen in the subtropcial region in the Southern part of Hyrule.
- This means a bit of travel for Link to attempt to find these Beasts.
