- A Skyview Tower found in the center of the Thyphlo Ruins

Reaching the Location[edit]
- Start around 0117, 3125, 0174 to go across the bridge here to have an easy time to reach the Ruins.
- Head forward to the statue head in front of you.
- Go to either side and climb up the walls to the side of it.
- From there, head to the East across the wall to reach the frnt of the Skyview Tower itself.
- Take the stairs up and talk with Billson who's inside it.
- He explains that the Skyview Tower isn't working properly.
- You'll need to make your way up to the top of the Tower to figure out this problem.
- Head to either the East or West and look for the hovering platform.
- Use Ascend to pass through the platform.
- Attach the Zonai Rocket(s) to the sides of the platform and activate them.
- Getting high up, jump and Glide down onto the platform over the top of the Skyview Tower.
- You'll need any kind of Zonai Device that give propulsion, like the Zonai Rockets and Zonai Fans.
- Once you've moved the Platform, and it's clear of the top, you get a quick cutscene.
- Drop down to the entrance of the Skyview Tower and talk with Billson again.
- He'll explain that its working again and he doesn't understand what happened.
- Link explains what you just did.
- just go over to the console and interact with it.
- Follow that with stepping onto the launch platform and activating it.
