This neighborhood recently go shelled and many houses are still burning. People were feeling for their lives in a hurry, so we may find some useful stuff there without meeting anyone.

- There are no enemies or other encounters here
- The cottage is safe to go into despite what the survivor says when approaching it
- There are tons of stuff to loot here
- There is a room that requires a Crowbar or Lockpick to enter
- This location is a perfect choice for your first place to scavenge!
- If you exit the house to the right (you need to dig through a dirt mount) you can find a good stash with Electric Parts, Weapon Parts and more!
