What is a cornerstone?[edit]
The cornerstone is one of the main gameplay features in Trove. Think of it as your base of operations in the world of Trove
The cornerstone is an area which you can claim and build your base on. The base is built on a 16x16 grid and can be 150 blocks up and 50 blocks down. Other players cannot destroy blocks in your cornerstone (grief-proof). When you die, you will respawn in the cornerstone.
How to find a cornerstone[edit]
Just travel any direction until you notice a 16x16 shaded area with a Question Mark Sign near it. You can then claim it
How to claim a cornerstone[edit]
Interact with the Question Mark Sign and the cornerstone becomes yours.
The Question Mark Sign will turn into an Exclamation Mark Sign at which point other players can no longer claim it
Note that if you had previously claimed a cornerstone, your previous cornerstone will teleport to the new location.
You can only claim one cornerstone at a time (except for players who supported the game at Champion Level and above who can own two cornerstones
