"Follow Axel into the Vents" is a mission objective in the game Alien: Isolation

Walkthrough
Just follow Axel through the vent.
There will be a short dialog between Amanda while crawling through the vents
Eventually you exit the vent into Axel's Pad, and the objective completes.
