Increases movement speed while sneaking and allows players to enter stealth more quickly at night
Strategy[edit]
This is very useful for Nightblades and anyone else who enjoys the stealthy approach. The boost in speed makes it easier to get around. While it does favor nighttime play, this is very good flavor for the Vampire part of your character.
