Vuldngrav is a crypt. This is the tomb of Korthor the Dragon Priest. It has a high number of Draugr roaming the halls. This crypts are known to be a good source of plunder. Provided the would be plunderer can survive.
The Soulless One is brought here by haskill to look for a Fork left here by Sheogorath.
