"Distress Signal" is the name of a quest in Skyforge.
It is one of the first quests in the game.
Takes place at the Town of Iannor, 3 days prior to the Immortal's arrival at the Capital.

Background[edit]
After arriving at Aelinar via a Transport, the Immortal talks to Herida and tells her about the events that transpired a few days before his arrival to the capital.
The Immortal and his unit are on a train heading to Iannor on a mission to defend the town against the attacking Vird and evacuate the civilians.

How to start quest[edit]
Talk to Herida at the Reseach Center in Aelinar. This will trigger a cutscene which recalls the events of 3 days before. The quest will start automatically.
Mission Briefing[edit]
Sergeant: Here is the Town of Iannor. Reports say the locals were attacked. The residents are hiding in the town. We need to find and evacuate them.
Quest Objectives[edit]
- Receive instructions from the Sergeant.
- Get to the center of Iannor.
- Get to the Farm.
- Check out the Farm.
- Eliminate the Vird Leader.
- (Complete Desolate Ruins)
Walkthrough[edit]
First, talk to the Sergeant, your troop leader, at the Train Station. Confirm readiness. Once you are done speaking to the Sergeant, follow the road towards the center of the town. Kill any Vird you see on the way.
Continue down the road until you get to the Farm. Fight the Vird Leader there. He is a Boss so he has more health. Other players might be fighting him too, which helps.
Kill the Vird Leader and you will advance to the Desolate Ruins (For the purpose of this guide, the Desolate Ruins will be considered a new quest)
