Bulstoss's Lair is a new zone in Sir Hammerlock's Big Game Hunt DLC in Borderlands 2.
There is a Spike Trap outside the cave where you can perform human sacrifice so that the scent of blood lures Bulstoss out. You can either sacrifice yourself or use a Savage as a "Volunteer".
Bulstoss drops a Rex pistol such as the Two Fer Rex
How to get to Bulstoss's Lair[edit]
The lair is in Hunter's Grotto, but getting there is tricky because you have to approach it from the top and around. You have to go through a gate and use a giant lift. See map below of path to take. "X" marks the spot where you should start:
