Activating again pulls enemies toward the player and deals X damage
or
Sliver Shards:
Also hits two nearby targets for 50% less damage
Strategy[edit]
Makes for quick ranged attacking without expending Magicka. Most useful against Daedric and Undead for the knockdown.
