Backstory[edit]
"Old Man" Stockton is the manager of a large caravan company. Many merchants work for him, like Trashcan Carla and Lucas Miller.
His caravan has routes all over the Commonwealth. This is through most of the major towns and settlements like Diamond City. They also reach to the a number of smaller settlements as well.
Stockton works as an Operative for the Railroad. He will keep the runaways Synths in a utility basement underneath the settlement.
