In this form you can choose your name, as well as assign skill points to your SPECIAL Stats

The Registration form includes the following fields:

• Name
• Strength
• Perception
• Endurance
• Charisma
• Intelligence
• Agility
• Luck

Strategy Guide/Tips

• Choose a name from one of the 1,000 recorded names to have Codsworth speak your name
• You don't choose any perks yet. You will get your first perk later, when you level up.
