An ice-element summon recreated in virtual reality. It is the manifestation of a queen who once healed the planet's wounds with ice, as evidenced by the existence of permafrost in the polar lands.

- Blizzara: Casts Lv 2 Ice Magic on a target
- Blizzaga: Casts Lv 3 Ice Magic on a target
- Diamond Dust: Freezes everyone in ice and breaks it to deal massive damage
- Frost Familiars:
- Icicle Impact: Ice Shoots out from around Shiva, damage anyone close
- Ice Missile: Fires 5 sharp icicles at a target
- Icicle Shot: Shoots 3-6 pieces of ice that chase a target
- Ice Skate: Shiva skates around the arena, leaving a trail of that damages those who pass along its path. Persists for 7 seconds.
- Heavenly Strike: Creates a giant icicle over a target's head that smashes down after 4 seconds.
- Wild Icicle Shot: Fires 16 icicles that go after randomized targets.
- Whiteout: Sends out trails of ice that home in on targets and put them to sleep.
