"Tonya" is a NPC in Grand Theft Auto V. She runs a towing business. She is part of the Strangers and Freaks side missions

Tonya and her partner, JB, run a towing business. Something's been up with JB, smoking too much crack, so the house and the business are both in jeopardy. She will ask Franklin to help out some with the business through a short set of missions.
Missions[edit]
These missions are open after Franklin completes Repossession. Completing the first mission will unlock the rest, and is needed for the story missions: Chop and Marriage Counseling.
