Kangaskhan only feed their young if they feel the area is safe. You don't see it often, so keep your eyes peeled.
Research Requests[edit]
- From the start of the stage, go forward until you start seeing the Sandshrew rolling for the dunes.
- Watch for the meteor strike to hit the sand.
- Once it does, use the Scanner to find a Minior (Colored Core).
- Lob an Illumina Orb at the impact point to draw out the Minior from the ground.
- Once it is airborne, hit it with another Illumina Orb.
- It will slowly hover over the dune just behind it.
- Going over the dune, the NEO-ONE will be approaching the Oasis.
- Scan as the NEO-ONE descends to gain access to the alternate path along the left-hand side of the Oasis at night.
- On the far side of the Oasis, you will find the Kangaskhan.
- The Minior will hover past the Kangaskhan.
- This will awaken the Kangaskhan and it will hoist its baby out of its pouch for the baby to play with it.
- After this, start playing the Melody and throwing Fluffruit to draw it a bit closer.
- Watch for the Kangaskhan to grab and eat the Fluffruit
- After that, throw a second Fluffruit between the NEO-ONE and the Kangaskhan.
- Watch for the Kangaskhan to grab and offer the Fluffruit to the baby in her pouch.
