Ending E the [E]nd of yorha is one of the main story endings in NieR Automata.

Ending E Choices[edit]
- Do you have any interest in helping the weak? Yes/No
- Selecting this option enables you to save someone somewhere in the world. However, in exchange, you will lose all of your save data.
- Do you still wish to rescue someone - a total stranger - in spite of this?
- Tell the pod that you have no interest in helping the weak to get a save file with A-Z (including E).
How to get Ending E[edit]
In 3rd playthrough, final boss fight, choose A2. Accept Pod's request for data transfer during credits. Play minigame and make it to the end. You can choose to get assistance during the minigame if you need.
Ending E Explained[edit]
Assuming 9S chooses to stay, Pods do not delete memory data. Instead they store the data, and rebuild 2B, 9S, and A2 to live in a world without machines. Essentially breaking the cycle that was stated during the prologue and at the beginning of ending E
