Anchor an Ash Guardian without it turning hostile when conjuring it (Consumes Heart Stone from inventory. If you do not have Heart Stone, Ash Guardian can turn against you)
The creation of a magic staff which requires multiple heart stones and an unenchanted staff of a magical school e.g. Destruction.
