The Fusion Barrage ability is a rapid-fire attack utilizing a Fusion Lance in XCOM Enemy Unknown. The Fusion Barrage can hit your soldiers even when they are standing behind cover, and has a large Area of Effect spread to it. To compensate for these bonuses, it's less powerful than the standard Fusion Lance attack.
