Walkthrough
After distracting the looters, exit north from the Cargo Hangar and continue along the corridors with Axel
On the way, watch for the SEVASTOLINK Terminal with three archive logs: Archive Log 016: A Blind Eye, Archive Log 017: Two-Man Rule, and Archive Log 018: Inventory.
Soon you reach a locked door that can be opened only by using a Two-Man Switch
