Oblivion Remastered: Boreal Stone Cave Guide

This small cave is found to the West of Bruma. It’s a modest distance from the town, so you will be traveling through the wilds a bit. Getting to the outside, you will find the entrance on the mountainside.

Boreal Stone Cave

This cave is part of the quest: A Brotherhood Betrayed.

While the whole cave can be explored before the Quest has begun, both Raynil Dralas and the important Waterlogged chest cannot be found. These only appear once you reach the appropriate step in the Quest.

This isn’t a deep or convoluted cave. It’s just a few connected chambers.

The first chamber is only a massive pool of water. There are plenty of Cairn Bolete around as well. There’s just the passage you entered from and one going to the North off it. This is a very small cave to explore.

To actually investigate the cave, you will want to head to the Northern passage and head along it to its split. The path goes to the East and West. Going to the West you can find a Chest. Going to the East you will an upward slope. This will bring you into another chamber. Look to the Southern Wall to find another Chest you can open up.
