"Reach the wheel of the Jackdaw" is a mission objective in Right-Hand Man
Walkthrough[edit]
Head over to the left from the dock where Vargas jumped onto the ship. free-run across the pillars there to reach the Jackdaw. Immediately turn to the left when you are back on the pier and climb up to the wheel and take off after your target.
