"Kill Bag Man" is an objective in the sidequest Clan War: End of the Rainbow in Borderlands 2.
Walkthrough[edit]
You now need to kill Bag Man. He can teleport short distances, making him harder to hit. He also wears a version of the Pot O' Gold, making him drop money as you hit him. Just take him out and he will drop the Bagman's Key
