“Find Oryx” is an objective in the mission Regicide in Destiny: The Taken King
Walkthrough[edit]
With the Taken Ultras defeated you will be able to enter the next rupture. Before you do though, scan the portal itself to learn something about this one. Ghost will warn you to be ready because it was opened from the other side. Reload and head on through. You are taken somewhere else. Start heading forward through the next corridor when you arrive. Head around the spinning column and go through the next corridor.
This leads you to the Trenchway on the Dreadnaught. You will find your way to a Chasm with Hive on the far side. Pick off what you can. Oryx will taunt you and then allow a bridge to appear to grant you passage forward.
On the far side of this bridge, you have a few scans you can conduct. Learn what you can about these statues and then move forward. Go beyond the Oryx statue and into the Darkness beyond. Move forward to the light in front of this. This will illuminate the way forward to the final confrontation. This leads you to the Altar of Oryx.
