Walkthrough[edit]
This quest is found in the Southern half of Prague in the Sewers. This achievement is earned as part of completing the side mission: Cult of Personality.
Enter into the Sewers in the Southwestern part of Prague. Once there, head North in the Sewers and over to the West. This leads to the next tunnel that
Go west, ducking through the opening in the grating in front of you. This will lead you to this point. Talk with the man on the right to gain access to the area.
You will then need to complete the Cult of Personality as normal until you need to disable the emitters. Head into the room with the massive TV and microphone. Go to the right and climb the Northern ladder there.
Be careful because the Emitters are guarded by Turrets. At the top of the ladder, face to the West. Wait for the turret above you to look away and head to the corridor going South.
On the wall just after you turn the corner is the first emitter. Interact with it to install the first Signal Scrambler. The Emitter just just around the corner, slightly above the warning sign on the corner you just turned.
After you install the scrambler, you will need to worry about the next turret. In all likelihood you will to sprint down the hallway to avoid being killed. If the camera is looking away, wait for it to start its cycle again and then sprint underneath the turret.
Get underneath the second turret and look to the North. Just to the right of the corridor you will find the next Emitter.
Turn to the East, go forward and go into the door ahead on the right. In this next room, be careful of the turret that is watching over it. Wait for it to look away then sprint inside and to the East. In the Eastern corner, on the left-hand wall you will find the final Emitter.
With the scramblers installed, head back out the way you came.Do note the Richard is found through the door to the West of the final Emitter. Do not go in there and kill him, you need to discredit him more. Your augments are available again so you can hack and shut down the turrets that have been shooting you. Make your way back to the room with the large TV and the microphone.
Back in the room with the microphone, interact with it. Jensen will say what he needs to to stop Richard.
