Talk to Captain Avery is a quest objective in the mission Walk in the Park in Fallout 4: Far Harbor.

Walkthrough[edit]
Head down off The Hull. Collect the loot off the Gulpers and Anglers. Head inside the town and talk with Captain Avery.
She will award you with 275 Bottlecaps. You can then ask her about the Fog and Losing the Island. Allen will chime in after that, saying that they need to deal with Children of Atom. Avery will explain some of these things after this. Allen and Avery will explain some of what happened with the Children of Atom. After that, she will tell you about reaching Arcadia. She recommends that you take a guide: Old Longfellow. She will tell you that he tends to be in the bar The Last Plank. She will also ask you to help around town. This will give you access to 3 additional quests through another main quest: Living on the Edge

Talking with Captain Avery will begin the quest Living on the Edge to help the inhabitants of Far Harbor.
