Free Pass Challenges are available to anyone as part of the Free Pass in Fortnite Battle Royale.

They are generally unlocked at Tier 2 which is basically the very start of the Free Pass.

Everybody can do Free Pass Challenges, you don't have to pay for the Battle Pass. However, if you buy the Battle Pass, you also get a lot of Battle Pass Challenges.
