"Check out Franklin's new crib" is an objective in the Hobbies & Pastimes missions from Lester in Grand Theft Auto V

This is not directly a part of the Hotel Assassination mission but it is a direct reward of it. After Franklin calls Lester, Lester will him that he needed some tangible assets to the portfolio. In this case: 3671 Whispymound Dr This is now Franklin's House. Chop and all his stuff is moved over there.
