Sam, otherwise known as Jetstream Sam, is one of Metal Gear Rising: Revengeance's primary antagonists.
He kills the African prime minister at the start of the game, and ruins Raiden's body, prompting Maverick to create a new one for him.
Sam serves as both the primary driving force of the early story and a recurring boss battle.
