"Talk to Elynea" is an objective in the side quest "Healing a House" in Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim - Dragonborn.

Once again, go find Eylnea Mothren in her section of Tel Mithryn. She will thank you and give you 3 potions of well-being which are scaled to your level.
