Mount on your horse and start chasing the merchant

Strategy Guide/Tips

• The merchant escapes using the road, so most of the ride should be smooth. Watch out for animals crossing the road though!
• Your horse is faster than the merchant's one, so you should have no problem catching up.

Precious Cargo Quest

• Use your Witcher Senses to find where the cart left the road
• Find the cart
• Look around the cart for evidence about the attack using your Witcher Senses
• Find the little box the merchant mentioned using your Witcher Senses
• Return the box to the merchant
• Chase down the merchant
• Knock the merchant off his horse
