Head down the ramp, jump over and go stand on the large pressure plate.
Look over the right-hand side and you will see a Chest. Use Magnesis to lift it up and place it on the pressure plate nearby you.
Inside this first chest you will find an Opal
Look to the left and you will see another chest on a suspending ledge.
You can either draw the chest to you using Magnesis or taking out the ropes using your arrows and have the chest drop into the water before you pull it over using Magnesis.
Inside this second chest you will find a Zora Sword.
Go over to the far walkway. There is a rising and falling pillar. On it is the third chest. You will find an Amber inside it.
Step off the pillar and use Magnesis to move this final chest onto the large pressure plate.
With the three chests on the pressure plate, a door on the left-hand side of the walkway will open and reveal a large metal block.
Use Magnesis to move the block onto the pillar.
With the block on the moving pillar, step back onto the pillar onto the left-hand side of it.
Go onto the ledge just to the left of the moving pillar and wait for it to descend.
Jump onto the metal block and wait for the pillar to rise up.
Head over to the monk that is on accessible to the right, if you are facing toward the entrance.
Climb the stairs and interact with the Monk Dow Ne'ah.
