Buying a House in Bruma

This is a simple guide to being able to purchase a House in the town of Bruma. It’s an easy to purchase house. As long as you have some Fame you will be able to buy it.

Relationship with Countess Narina Carvain

This whole thing starts with the Hero talking with Countess Narina Carvain. You will need to get her disposition with the Hero high enough (50+?). After that, you will have the option to purchase the house in Bruma.

  • If your Infamy is 10 or higher, you will need to complete the quest “Lifting the Vale” to get the dialogue option from her.

All that said, it’s not too hard to do otherwise. The House will cost 10,000 gold. You can’t negotiate this price down unfortunately.

See The House

The Bruma House is found nearby the Main Gate of Bruma. This does make it very simple and easy to access. The house itself is 2 levels, with a ground floor and second floor. It starts very simply with just a bed and a few other amenities available.
