"Talk to Smaller-than-average Timothy" is an objective in the quest Get Frosty in How Marcus Saved Mercenary Day DLC
Walkthrough[edit]
Head down into Gingerton. Go over to the massive Mercenary Day Tree and look around it for the small man flanked by a few Snowmen. This is Small Timothy. he will explain more of the situation around Gingerton to you and a little about Tinder Snowflake. Marcus, very grudgingly gives the hunt of Snowflake to Gingerton as as Mercenary Day gift. You can almost hear the pain in his voice over the words "Give" and "Gift".
