Walkthrough[edit]
Time to get up above the Meriff's office to attack the last transmitter. Head to the far side of the transmitter you were just at. From there jump and airboost over to the building to the Northeast.
Run to the Northeast and head over to the vent. Jump up onto that.
Turn around and jump from there over to the roof of the Meriff's Office.
When you land there, you'll find a few problems with this plan: Turrets.
