Lift the security lockdown is a quest objective in the mission Better Living Underground in Fallout 4: Vault Tec.

With your instructions, however vague, it is time to get inside that Vault. Head up to the Vault Door which will open and the bridge allowing access across will expand and give you a way inside without falling into the pit just inside.
You will start to find Feral Ghouls of a few varieties waiting just inside the entrance to the Vault. This can include Charred Feral Ghouls, Rotting Feral Ghoul and a few other kinds.
Once the initial Ghouls have been dealt with, head over to the right-hand side of the entrance hallway. Follow the coorider there into the Security room.
Inside the security room, on the Northern side, you will find the override terminal. Go to the Security Terminal and access it.
Choose the top option to lift the Security lockdown. This terminal also has the
