Locate the trapped settlers is a quest objective in the mission When Freedom Calls in Fallout 4.

This objective involves locating and helping some trapped settlers in the Museum of Freedom in Concord.

Walkthrough

• After entering through the Main Entrance of the Museum, you will start on the first floor.
• From entry, turn right and go past a doorway, and through some exhibit of British Soldiers. Then go up the stairs and turn left and get to the second floor
• Go through the room with the Mural and climb up some more stairs to get to the third floor.
• There will be lots of Raiders here, so watch out. Once you clear the floor, head to the room with the red "exit" sign above the door, where the trapped settlers are located.

Strategy Guide/Tips

• Be sure to pick up the Perception Bobblehead and the Robco Fun: Atomic Command magazine in the room where Preston Garvey is. The Bobblehead is located on a desk in the back of the room. The magazine is located on the floor near the desk with the terminal where Sturges is.

• Take the laser musket (optional)
• Enter the museum
• Locate the trapped settlers
• Kill the Raiders
• Talk to Preston Garvey
• Unlock the security gate
• Get a Fusion Core
• Put the Fusion Core in the Power Armor
• Enter the Power Armor
• Grab the minigun
• Clear Concord of hostiles
• Report back to Preston
• Join Preston Garvey in Sanctuary
