This is a ship belonging to the merchant, Stede Bonnet in Assassin's Creed IV Black Flag.
It is called "The Revenge"
At the beginning of the game it is docked on the east shore of Cape Bonavista
After Edward frees the merchant, they use the ship to escape the island and sail to Havana
