Oblivion Remasted: Master Skill Trainers Guide
In Oblivion Remastered learn how to unlock to unlock Master Trainer quests. Learn how training limits work, unlock every Master Trainer, and train every Skill to level 100.
In Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion you will have Skills that level up as you use them and build proficiency. Once you reach level 70 in a skill, you will have access to these quests.
Summary:
As you use Skills throughout The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, they naturally increase in level. Once a Skill reaches level 70, you become eligible to seek out its Master Trainer. Master Trainers can continue training that Skill all the way to level 100, but only after you complete their associated Master Trainer quest.
Every Skill has multiple trainers available:
- Beginner Trainers – Train Skills up to level 40
- Advanced Trainers – Train Skills up to level 70
- Master Trainer – Trains Skills from 70 to 100 after completing the required quest
Training Limitations
Skill training is limited regardless of which trainer you visit.
- You can purchase up to 5 training sessions per character level.
- After using all 5 sessions, you must meditate (sleep) and level up before purchasing additional training.
- Your training limit only resets after your character gains a level and distributes Attribute increases.
Unlocking Master Trainers:
Master Trainers are not available immediately after reaching Skill level 70.
To unlock a Master Trainer:
- Raise the desired Skill to 70.

- They will direct you to the Master Trainer or provide information about their location.
- Meet the Master Trainer and complete their unique quest or challenge.
- Upon completion, the Master Trainer will begin offering training up to Skill level 100.
