Locate the door at the Locker Room of May Stadium
A sign above the door says "EXIT" in red
Go through that door
Then proceed to the mission marker
This will complete the objective and advance the mission.
Before leaving, check the room for other stuff you can hack (such as the Energy Drink Machine
There is also some crafting components in this room, as well as a brown bag with cash on one of the shelves.
